Terms and conditions

When you use the TNT Express Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. “Shipment” means the goods or items you ship via TNT. These Terms apply from the time TNT receives your goods and accepts them for delivery.

Transportation and security of unsafe goods

TNT only carries dangerous goods if agreed in advance. Customers must ensure that their goods meet all legal and safety regulations. If these conditions are not met, TNT may refuse to accept the goods.

Export Laws Policy

All goods shipped by TNT Express must comply with each country’s trade laws and regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about the goods’ contents, destination and necessary documents. Following these instructions can avoid delivery delays, fines or legal issues.

Unacceptable items

TNT does not accept certain items, such as illegal goods, dangerous materials, weapons or counterfeit goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to check TNT’s list of items that cannot be shipped.

Shipping time and routes

TNT estimates when your package will arrive, depending on where the package is being shipped from, where it is going, and what is being shipped. TNT always tries to deliver goods on time, but there may be occasional delays. The best route is chosen for fast delivery, and you can track your goods at any time.

Customs Clearance

Customs clearance is required for international parcels. TNT provides assistance in this process, but cannot guarantee delays caused by customs authorities. Customers must provide complete and accurate customs documents.

Duties and Taxes

Payment of any duties, charges or expenses incurred by the destination country is the responsibility of the sender or receiver. These costs are separate from shipping charges.

Delivery process

TNT delivers the goods to the address provided by the customer. If the recipient is unavailable, an alternative delivery can be arranged. Delivery is confirmed, which is available to check later.

User Responsibilities

It is important to provide accurate product information to customers. Products should be well packed to keep them safe. All shipping laws and regulations must be followed. Failure to meet these conditions may result in delays, additional charges or refusal of the parcel.

Coverage and  responsibility

TNT is responsible for parcels under its control, but its liability is limited to the estimated value, unless additional safeguards are obtained. TNT is not responsible for delays caused by natural factors such as weather or customs issues.

Privacy of data

TNT values ​​customer security and the use of personal information in accordance with applicable laws. This information is used only to improve Parcel’s administrative operations and services.

Guaranteed time services

For fast delivery, TNT provides on-time guarantee with clear terms. If your shipment is delayed and not due to factors beyond our control, you may receive a refund or credit.

Shipping of valuables

For valuables such as devices or jewelry, TNT has to handle them carefully. Additional charges and special rules may apply for their safe delivery.

Extra Security Coverage

Customers have the option of choosing enhanced coverage for additional protection in the event of loss or damage. Please contact TNT for more information on pricing and terms.

Claims Process

In case of damage or loss, customers have to file a written claim within 21 days and provide all necessary documents. Claims are handled in accordance with TNT’s instructions.

Shipping costs and installment terms

Prices vary according to parcel size, weight, destination and nature of service. Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving the bill. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Safety and security of employees

Customer Accept that they will indemnify TNT against any claim or issue arising out of loss or injury to TNT employees while handling the parcel.

Complete Understanding and Severance

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between TNT and the Customer. If any part is held invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the parcel is booked. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that country.
